excessive toe

hey guys,
i just put my front end in and i have an excessive amount of toe in and have run out of adjustment.
i have a JDM AE86 manual rack, lockspacer, RA60 rackends(have swapped to KE70 to try and rectify),KE70 tierod ends, AE86 powersteering arms and XT130 LCA's.

my question is
A. do i need to find shorter tierod's, if so what one's?
B. i have a fair bit of castor at the moment and was thinking that may be what's causing the toe issue(rethreaded castor rods), thoughts?

I runn a similar setup, I just cut the rack ends shorter

buy some ajps tie rod ends.

or just cut them, might run out of thread length though

all fixed, had waaaaaaaaaaay to much castor backed it off to about 4 degrees and changed my rackends to ke70.
