You can buy the plastic spacers new from toyota still.
As for the injector spacers, I paid $80 to get my injectors serviced and they were replaced as part of that.

Hey, im chasing a little spacer seal thing that goes on the end of the fuel injectors to seal against the engine and also a plastic spacer that goes between the fuel rail.

any good workshop will have them, jsut ask if they service injectors, if they say yes, ask if you could buy 4 and take an injector with you, they should have kits with several different types sizes etcetc, if you have issues finding them PM me, ill organise some from work
All good, found the seal and just machined up a spacer.
