Cheap SR20DE KE70 Wagon, walk in rego, SA

Posting this up for a mate

KE70 wagon with an SR20 in it. I have just built it but want to sell it to fund another project. I am able to chuck 3 months Rego on it for the buyer if they wish.

The mods are:
Blacktop S15 SR20DE (approx 80,000km)
5zigen 4-2-1 stainless extractors
CA20 gearbox (so speedo works)
Extreme clutch
Lowered 2.5 inches with custom rear leaf bracing to stop sway and axle tramp
R32 skyline seats
still has all interior
dished steering wheel (may come with standard wheel)
Locked diff
Engine is solid mounted
new VL fuel pump
Currently running a standard exhaust to keep it quiet
Custom clutch pedal
Will come on standard corolla wheels
Bolt on rack spacer
25mm longer lower control arms
I've wired it up so the dash works
Thermo fans
Pod filter

Note: car has some rust in the rear quarters/tail gate and a few dents in the tail gate also can come with or without rego depending on price.
