4AGE AE71 LIFE
Harro, thought i would make a thread for my new and not really improved AE71 skids car.
My old ke70 was beaten and chassis was bent n rusted
so I finally decided to swap everything in my clean shell thats been chilling in the backyard since 09.
How life for the car started after it was stripped down a bit. I had alot of ideas of different motors while doing the shell swap but thought, eh its running fine, i only really drive it at mallala so whats the point. i can still upgrade it later if i decide to.
one rear guard had rust so for a quick easy repair we cut them off and pop rivited on RA60 front arches.

Dad made me a new alloy door trim
picked up a ae71 pano along the way. 4ac manual, 330,000ks, will be stripping it out eventually when i can be bothered.

almost done, the front light holders are actually TE gemini which fit almost perfect to ae71s (which had different front panels to ke70s)
Camping and skids during the long weekend, very fun!
