Default KE70 steering knuckles wont come out!!

I am in the middle of putting AE86 front struts in but the standard KE70 bastard steering knuckles are stuck!! i have undone the LCA bolt and the knuckle is able to swing around but i am getting no movement and i have tried nearly everything even got blow torch on to heat it up and help ease things but no go

    Anyone know a trick?

Have you tried levering up on the steering arm with a pry bar and hitting the top of the thread of the balljoint with a nut on it? Usually does the trick.

yeah thats the proper way to get them out.

somtimes they're just that stuck! if they havn't come out with heat they must be tight!
worst case is you could drill them, im fairly sure they'd be drillable

leave it in some wd40 over night, but never had one not come out with bashing the arm with any balljoint, you could try press lightly then hit the arm the shock and pressure would move it but never had to do it personally

    Pulley remover.

If you get it lined up right and pulling straight up, it'll make a joke of it. You'll wonder why you ever tried anything else.
It's like a press that fits in your back pocket.

Ken's on the money. If you're broke a hammer does work though.
