Can't just put welch plugs in the injector holes and glue them in? And locking the two nuts together like Timbo said is the easiest way to get the studs out.

Got the injectors blocks, studs out but think im gonna have to use studs on the inner runners on the manifold as there is pretty much no room to slide the bolts in.
Also the setup i bought came with a dizzy to suit the carbs but looks like its a bit small cause i wont be able to fit the bolt in to secure it in place and adjust the timing? could it be a small port dizzy? sorry, fairly new to 4AGEs but pretty sure mine is a bigport cause it had that TVIS shit on it when i bought it.
