Still have fucking coolant issues - need someone or a workshop to take it and fix it. I'm done with it...
I will probably be doing some of my hard brake lines sometime soon if anyone wants to come help or learn.

Who needs coolant anyways.. haha.
Thank god I sold my Gemini, that fucker had heaps of rust. That's the good thing about my 86, It has no rust (that I know of).
Also has anyone ever fit a Hydro handbrake to their AE86? Need some ideas of where to mount it so the cops cant see it?
could mount it so you can pull handle off easy.

That's what I want. I'd just put the handle on when I'm at the track. I was thinking under my dash where the radio goes, seeing as I dont have a stereo. haha
Take both radiator hoses of the engine. Take out thermostat. Put a hose in where the Thermostat is and see if the water run out the bottom smoothly. Do the same for the radiator. Take it out. Put cap on. Put hose in top outlet and see if it flows smoothly out of the bottom. Get another radiator cap so u know its releasing the pressure when required too.
Another thing. Are u running a heater core??

I'm keen to learn rust removal, so I'll come and help.
Low Style, I've had that problem in the past after rebuilding my 4agte. haveaparty is onto something, as I brought my rig to a radiator place, had them flush and fill it (with red toyota coolant of course)and never had an issue after.
Cheers
