Knocking noise when turning left

Hey Guys ,
As stated above. This does not happen when i'm tuning right.
I'm thinking it might be a pillowball mount, but I am unsure.
Has anyone had this problem before?
The cars a 86 with no power steering.

is your entire front end using pillow balls? If your lca is still using ball joints, then it's most likely worn out.

Yes they are. I'll check them out, i know the tie rod end ball joints are worn out, but dunno if they would cause the symptoms.

so turning when your moving??? sitting still???? when you initially turn, constantly while turning

I'd say, when i'm entering a corner, initial turning of the steering wheel.
