WTB: 4AGE performance parts

Longshot, I know.

I am after new unused 4AGE performance parts for the replacement engine that I plan to build over the next year for my AE86 rally car.
So, if anyone has any new parts from a project that wasn't completed, let me know.

The wanted list:

High lift CAMS. Looking for 272 up to 288 duration in about 9mm or greater lift (very longshot finding those on here).
Light weight front pulley.
Shim under bucket lifters/followers.
Cold air box to fit 110mm trumpets.

It will be a hybrid bigport/small port 4AGE but I already have a used bigport head and a used smallport short engine so I just need the performance parts.

Since I first posted this advert I've accumulated a fair bit so now I have: Haltech Sprint 500 & loom, factory 4age loom, Extractors, quads, manifold, valve springs, rods, pistons & Flywheel.

I have offers for when I'm ready for trumpets, gaskets & oil pump and possibly some 1sz lifters but I don't know required sizes until I get the cams.

Not allot of difference between a 20v blacktop what you have spec'd there...

Why not just buy one of them and be done with it...

Even the most open rally car regulations require that the engine has to have the same number of valves as it came out of the factory with and so 20v doesn't make it. Currently the car runs under Production Rally Car (PRC) regs which require 4AGE big port head and 4A block.

I should be able to supply the velocity stacks pending on the flange mounting:



if their the same as 20v mounting then I have 100, 110 and 150mm in stock


I also have 0.8mm TRD gaskets and various genuine parts.

However I would need to make a call about the cams

Is there an imposed rpm limit in your class craig?

Thanks for the post about the velocity stacks. I'll measure up.

There is no rpm limit in the regs. For the age of the ae86, the limitations are basically can only use a 4AGE bigport head and 4A block and go nuts.

But in competition driving in "blind" rallies with my driving style & gearbox/diff ratio combination, a RPM range of 4000-7500+ is required to pull out of those tight corners.

I've got leads on trumpets & cams and gaskets etc for when I am ready to begin the build, from those who have already posted.

The flywheel has just arrived.

Still interested in any bits people may have stashed in the back of their garage that needs to go.
