No. 4ACs never die.
I'm sure people have done head gaskets before, but they are not a common problem. Unless it's just shear bad luck, I'd guess something iffy with the motor: warped head, non-flat block surface, overheating, etc.
Hen
mate has a ke70 with a 4ac
blew a gasket about..2 months ago
got it repaired
put the new one in, after about..1 month of sliding, he blew it again..
just wondering if this is common among most 4ac's ?
thanksssss

best part about blowing a head gasket on a 4ac is you can change it in about 2hr's.
but when you pull it off, at the very least get the head skimmed to make sure its straight, and put a straight edge across the block and make sure that is straight. and spend a fait bit of time with a razor blade getting all the old gasket and gunk off the top of the block. it has to be perfectly smooth or it will blow again.
if you think the block is warped, just get another complete 4ac from someone for prolly less than the cost of a new headgasket!
as for reasons for blowing, there are a few as mr hen has mentioned, but generally 4ac's dont give much trouble at all. being an alloy head overheating is one of the biggest causes, once that head is slightly warped its all over and its only a matter of time before the gasket blows. (usually small amount of time)
I had a leaking heater core, it was rusted out where the hoses attach. It was in such a place that you couldnt see there was a hole there, that caused a loss of water therefore blown headgaskets. Could be worthwhile checking that if you are losing water.
But if not, then possibly a warped head.
Usually when a head gasket blows it indicates more than just the gasket being crap.
As people have said, its most likely that your head is warped. Its not likely the block is, but its not a bad idea to check it.

As mentioned above etc.
Get a 4age etc
marvis.
also be sure to screw the head studs down evenly.
run it threw a gentle heat cycle the first time you start it. so it gives it a chance to seal well before you start flogging it again.
