be prepared to be poor
they all have rust......it just depends how much.
are you looking at a yellow one with weird bonnet by chance?
Hey guys, I'm about to go check out a sprinter I've been looking at. This will be my first, any advice?

Well prepared for that lol. Nah the one I'm looking at is a white one, I think I know the one you mean though. The guy has told me it runs a bit shakey and he thinks it might be because the fuel lines are too small?
lol
it wont run shakey from the fuel lines being to small.....if the dude is serious about that he has no idea.
if its running poorly its will probably be a misfire of some sort
That's what I thought lol. He said he doesn't know much about it.
throw a 1500 bucks on the table and say ill take it now, this is the colour of my money. the car doesnt run properly and its gonna cost me to fix it, i have cash money and will get it out of your way.
stick your hand out to shake on it and once he accepts, sign the papers and get outta there.
its a 25 year old corolla after all.
Look for straight rails and manageable rust, everything else is easy.

Turned out to be pretty nice, the only sign of rust was on the left front guard and just looked like a little bit of yellow coming through the paint, the paint is horrible lol. It started and idled fine, but the fuel pump was buzzing and made all kinds of noises
Was that the bog stock one with a 4AGE on gumtree at camp hill?
well did you buy it?
