check out my build thread: http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/fo...-shuttle-wagon
plans are to chuck an interior in it, comply it with engis, and rego the vehicle, then when i ahve more money down the track we are completley forging the bottom end, and fixing the body.
its got a Cusco 1.5 diff, original T50 with a short shift, kakimoto exhaust, compelete suspension work.
There is a gap between the overfenders and the original rear quarters. also to hide the rivetts i was thinking of reappling the guards going over them with filler along with the fender and painting that to give a clean finish rather than an attached rivetted look. And whats the best way to close the gap between the fender and the quarter?? (like inside the wheel arch, while posts pics if needed)
also the tyres do touch on the body with excessive driving, i was thinkng of going low profiles or semi low profiles to stop this?
yeah this is my first ae86, the first time i got to drive it i didnt think it was going to be a rocket so i dropped the clutch @ 3k and i couldnt believe the power to the wheels, we wer skidding all the way till 3rd and then that howling screach of traction comes on and u fly.
Unbelievable cars, i love the control of the slide it has just with throttle control.
