Let me put it this way.
I have almost all the parts to finish the 2azfe ae86 once I get my coilovers back from the shop.
All I need is some red and black ae86 door cards and I have essentially all the bits. I plan to use the money from parting this car as well as the wheels and a few other bits and pieces to finish the 86 of right.
In the mean time I have not gotten away from Toyotas, I have an ra65 daily to tide me over, as I know how hard it is to survive without a retro Toyota to drive around in the meantime.
Looking like the engine, quads, fuel tank setup and extractors and maybe the rwd water bits are selling this week. This leaves me with a rolling shell thankfully which is less of a pain in the arse around the shed. Haha. This is key fort me as Im looking at moving workshops from Mitchelton to Salisbury as they put our rent up $12000 a year in one hit.
The roof leaks, security isn't great and the floor floods once in a while with short bursts of heavy rain. They never fix anything, the caretaker had a stroke but didn't retire and now walks around not working and gossipping about other tennents private business information (like ours, ####), plus you cannot work after or before 7PM/AM or on public holidays. Its certainly not worth an extra 12000 a year. Fuck the losers we are gone (my co tennant and I). They thought they had us trapped since he set up a spray booth there, haha. Now they have to explain to the greedy Indian owners of the building that even though they need to show income to pay a 22 million dollar mortgage, they are missing 6/13 tennants from the building due to extreme mismanagement/price gouging during some of the hardest times for small to medium business in the building industry. What a dumb thing to do, they forced 3 businesses out at the start of this year with price rises on the rent, and now we are vacating, and quite possbly one of the large joinerys that have been there 20 years will buy its own shed now, instead of staying. What kind of selfish coke sniffing morons would look at our economy, how low interest rates are and the fact that the industry is still slow, and try to gouge a bunch of businesses struggling in the building industry. Fucking greedy morons. Anyhow, end rant. ahah.
