Even on full hard you should be able to pull it up to full extension. If the damper isn't fully compressed try pushing it to full bump, if it's gettign stuck at a certain point i would dare say they're stuffed.
Hey all I've come across a pair of tokico hts102r for the rear of my ae86 but one of them seems to be stuck on super hard adjustment. Even with the grub screw wound out.
I've read bits n pieces about not winding the screw all the way out but with the 102s you wind the screw in for harder. So it's like the valve is stuck in.
Atm you can't even pull the shock for rebound even with two ppl so they will be far to hard for use
if anyone has any tips for freeing up the valve please do tell
cheers

On the other one with the adj wound all the way to hard it only just is able to be pulled. But then u can wind it all the way to where it very easily extends again. This is the same as that one but when u wind it to soft it just stays at the same hard point as the other. It does extend but VERY slowly. Once it's all back to full ext u can compress it again at the same rate that the other one does
