the OEM part appears to be quite expensive, I will see if I can find out from someone I know where they sourced theirs.

4EFE EFI Carina/Corolla and probably 7AFE EFI o2 sensors are compatible too, 4 wires and even the same connector plug as well!

it only shows this number being used for 4age models though, that's not to say that others are not compatiable, just beware

Aftermarket units aka Universal 4 pin connectors the heaters tend to be a little weak in them. Some people earth the heater circuit permanently so it is effectively always on with ignition.
Its quite easy to depin / repin the sensors.
