two marks on dizzy ?

hey all have a 16v 4age (as you all know by now lol, ) , and apparently my timing was 180 degress out, I pulled the dizzy cap off and there was two marks , they both line up but to fix the 180 problem , do I line up just one of the marks cheers

Take the cap off and line up the rotar with lead 1. Fool proof way if doing it
