Dash Cluster not receiving power

Currently Wiring in my digital dash cluster using the wiring diagrams everyone might ,

When I supply power to the cluster directly from the battery to the power and earth pins of the cluster the cluster happily lights up.

However When I attach the power and earth pins from the loom in the car I get absolutely nothing from the cluster. I've checked with a multimeter and the voltage between the two pins is just over 11V, pretty much the same as the voltage over the battery.

Any ideas when what I'm seemingly doing is exactly the same, but I'm not getting any power to the cluster?

When u connect the digital dash to the cars wiring loom, do u turn the ignition key to the on position? I do not see you mentioning anything about that.

Yes I have had the key turned to the Ignition position. This gives me potential difference between the power wire and earth wire. Without the key in the on position the is no Voltage.

Could it be a dodgy Guage fuse? Does anyone have a fuse schematic of Junction Box 1 (Drives side kick panel) so that I can check?
