this really SUCKS need help mates

Hello to my mates from the US, what sucks is too much vacuum, just rebuilt 16 valve TVIS motor from AW11 MR2, went with mild cams and bumped compression to 10.5:1, EGR pipe on exhaust manifold capped, this motor is creating so much vacuum it develops a loud squeak. charcoal canister is removed and line capped, pvc replaced with Moroso oil/air seperator between intake valve cover and intake plenum

Sounds like it could be an inlet manifold air leak.

Post up a video of it and make sure you show the vacuum lines

When I started my turbo 4a for the first time, it had a squeak so loud you had to wear ear plugs. The cause was a leak between throttle body and inlet manifold.

pretty sure your not suppose to plug the charcoal canister line either as its a breather for your fuel tank

Yea it biulds up mad pressure in your tank
Small hole in fuel cap solves it(never had fuel piss out everywhere)
