Window Regulator

Hi guys,

Does anyone have a window regulator out of the car they could look at and tell me if there's any rubber or padding that goes between the gear part and the pressed steel knob like in this picture?



Something's rattling in this area in my door, and it's driving me insane. Even the soothing noise of a 4age at high revs doesn't help to drown it out.

I can have a look, will take a day though without internet at home. My memory is fuzzy but I don't think there was one on mine.
