How quickly you sell it, is proportionately related to how much you're willing to negotiate upon price
well I am fairly confident the price is ok just no one that has said they want it has had any money to back up their desire to buy it

Back up for sale, unfortunate turn of events means that the purchaser can not finalise the deal, so back up for sale it goes.
Will swap for Gold, Cash, Blocks of land, Cars, Bikes, VW engines, and many other things of value, need to move it, run out of room.
