ke70 diff-gearbox questions

hey guys, i have 83 ke70 with a k-50 gearbox and i am looking into putting a t series diff in. what do i need todo for this to work and keep my standard gearbox?

I would say a custom tailshaft would be the easiest.

Custom would be the easiest, but you might get away with an JDM ae86 to suit T-series rear and the front half of your existing KE one.

Measure from the center bearing to the diff flange once you have it in to be sure though.

KE70 tailshaft can't be split iirc. 2 sections joined by a uni that can't be separated.
