4AGZE 16v Smallport to 4AGTE in AE86 whos done it? Need to pick your brain

Doing a 4AGZE conversion to 4AGTE and wanted to speak to someone whos done it rather then just reading off forums.

From what l have read this is what l should do

1. COP conversion that removes need for dizzy (Either kit from Anthony or 1nz?)
2. Use 4age rocker covers so l can use mounting plate for COP from Sam-Q
3. Get cover plate for Dizzy from Sam-Q
4. If not running heater i can use 4age lightweight pulleys?
5. Aftermarket ECU (looks like EMS or Adaptronic from Anthony with harness and COP kit )
6. Have a TVIS intake manifold with adapter plate and of course remove TVIS plate
7. Have a Kelway turbo manifold to run my T28 of my S14
8. SR20 throttle body bolts straight onto the intake and is a good idea?

Did have some questions

1. What do people recommend for COP conversion 1nz etc?
2. Can you dual tune for e85 with Adaptronic ECU?
3. Should use 550 injectors?

If any of this is wrong or other ideas let me know any help would be great

It'd probably be easier to just get a fwd smallport manifold cut and shut? If you wanted a bigger throttle body you could do it at the same time, probably cheaper/easier/no adaptor plate for the manifold.

Hi

Use an AE101 GZE which is smallport and has CAS
Run coil packs, rwd bigport rocket covers and rwd cntre plate
Full Rwd alternator and water gear for a good clean setup including Rwd pulley.
Rwd Bigport manifold and big to small reducer plate inbetween ( this does away with the tvis plate)
Supra 7GMTE Injectors work fine .
Adaptronic ECU and with the right turbo setup ( i have HKS 2530) should see around 170 RWKW at 14psi on std engine

I actually already got the Rwd Bigport manifold and big to small reducer plate inbetween ( this does away with the tvis plate) from you and still want to keep the same engine l have. But am interested in

1. rwd bigport rocket covers and rwd cntre plate

I've got a ae101 ze converted to turbo.
Custom steam pipe turbo manifold
Custom intake manifold with xf falcon throttle body
I used a razorback with a Camry loom and daewoo coil packs, only just received my ems motorsport 4860 ecu and found some 2az Camry coil on plugs (the wreckers gave me clips with them).
I made 202rwhp with a s15 t28 and the above mentioned bits and pieces. I'm looking forward to potentially more hp with the new ecu setup and some more dyno time.
What other info are you after?

Small port ae92 gze, rwd water kit and alternator bracket.
Standard rwd intake manifold with adapter plate.
2" intercooler piping to a pwr intercooler with 2.5" in and outlet.
Steam bend manifold.
Evo 4 td05 turbo.
Run of the mill $3.00 copper spark plugs.
New gze plug leads, and std wasted spark twin coil packs.
7mgte 440cc injectors, changing to evo 8 560cc when going to e85.

Wouldn't use cop unless you had them.
Twin coil wasted spark is still strong with 18psi boost.

Make sure you get a good tune, there is a remarkable difference between a tuned 4agte and one that has been tuned correctly.

Thanks slide just more about cop setup want to do the setup once correctly rather then trying old setup etc. also if I do cop I can eliminate dizzy right?

you can use most of the Toyota coils with my coil-pack plate and I know for sure that 1ZZ and 1NZ coils cab handle lots of boost
