spark when key is off

hey all

i had my car wired by sam from razorback

its got deawoo coils and cas it sparks when i take the cas out and spin it with my fingers

when its in car i turn the key no spark at all and i turn key off and sparks?

ive had it running before, i had a timing light on it 2 nights ago was cranking it and the light was flashing turned key off tried again and no flash of the light?


has anyone experienced this before? what could it be?

Prob a relay sticking open or something simple

I am experiencing similar problems with my 20v with razorback and daewoo coils. Am keen to see what the solution is.
