Damn that must be a big car because it makes those tips look much smaller than 3"

Think it doesn't look big due to the bumper cutout. Happy about that as I wasn't going for blast pipes, just wanted something that looked stock. The single outlet on the new muffler was giving me the shits, new muffler location ment I only had about 190mm to play with to keep within the legal limit of the bumper line and the majority of tips are all 240mm long. This tip was 190mm and cost $20 off gumtree.

This was before welding, I also cut off another half inch from the inlet side of the tip to get it closer to the body

Race car! Looking good man, now it all it needs is some paint and a bit more power.
And dragging rails ^
so i actually got something done these holidays, big thanks to the wife. decided to keep with my low caring ethos around the car, id be pissed if i spent 2-5k on a paintjob and somebody dented it or rust came back etc and settled on a rattlecan home spray =)
only planned to do the guards at first, wet sand the primer with 400 grit, two coats of silver and three coats of clear.
then she said do the sides and bonnet
then she said do the hatch
use a mask when painting
rubbed down the rear quarters, roof and door jams
and then
nekminnet
and my wife got me these for xmas, definitely marriage material
15x6.5" +35 buddyclub sf p1's, i'll put some tyres on them and fit them up shortly.
retrim or engine up next after polishing the paint
