Default KE70 scrubs after flat front conversion

Hey guys recently did a flat front conversion with quadlight setup on my ke70. All went pretty well with a few hiccups of stuff not lining up properly but I was expecting that.

But now however the front tyres grab on the corners of the guards. Has anyone else had this? My car is at the same height with same wheels and it was fine with the slanty guards.

The wheels are only 14x6.5 and tyres are 185/65/14 so I wouldn't think they would be an issue, maybe my guards are warped? does it both sides.. one worse than the other though.

I've pulled that corner out as much as I can but it just bends in again when the tyre clips it. I guess only option would be to cut the guards.. just seeing if anyone else had the issue

    Cheers

It's just your caster settings making it rub. Smaller tyre would help but most people just cut the bottom of the guard so it clears.

Every xE7x that's lowered and runs big castor has this problem. Chop chop.
You can have any brew you want... as long as it's a Datsun / Corolla / What is that?

Yeah I had it aligned so the steering would be a bit lighter. Was fine with the slanty guards but anyway looks like it's getting the chop! Cheers
