Default 20V AE86 (more pics added)

Selling this as my priorities have changed and no longer have the time or inclination to work on it or drive it.

Silvertop 20V that the previous owner supposedly rebuilt, -it has definatly had some port work.
    Custom plenum from previous owner
    DFI conversion
    1NZ (I think) COPS
    Thermo fans
    Undercar surge tank
    4.11 T-series diff with ST141 disks
    RA40 front brakes
    8kg front springs
    6kg rear springs
    Adjustable rear spring seats
KYB AGX adjustable dampers front and rear
    Whiteline front and rear swaybars
    Whiteline strut tower brace
    Most bushes are new
    New balljoints
    New rod and rack ends
    Adjustable panhard bar
Upper and lower adjustable rear trailing arms
16x8 Rota grids with new tyres
    New carpet

    The not so good:
    Speedo stopped working
ECU with new caps is now fitted
The exhaust was only supposed to be temporary and is cobbled together from some new parts and some old. A high flow cat has now been fitted.
    It's not registered

Just wondering would this even need to have an engineered certificate ? What's the go if you wanted to get it registered would they knock it back because it has the 20v in it ?
