Are you fucking kidding me? Put the centre piece on. Work out where the light sits in the center piece and drill the holes lol. If you are off by a little bit just file the center hole and enlarged the bolt holes. You can be off By like 20mm and still cover the fuckup!
I can measure my centre garnish if you like

I could do it, maybe using some thin mdf. Use the plate bolt holes as a reference and mark the other cutouts from the inside with a pen/paint. From there I could work out dimensions again using the number plate bolt holes as the reference, simply a matter of measurements to pinpoint the centre of the required holes.
Yeah timbo if you use your plate mount holes it should be perfect. You could just use paper even to plot it out
Using the center garnish wont work perfectly as there is a bit of space inside where the plate lights sit, and elongated holes aren't ideal
