How long will this smallport last?

So I bought a smallport motor with a refreshed head and 30 thou shaved off it, along with a TRD 0.5mm gasket and stock bottom end. keep thinking in my head this thing will ping off its face unless its on E85 or something... whats everyones thoughts and does anyone know the rough compression ratio.

Should be around 11.5:1 - 11.8:1 off the top of my head, don't get stupid with ignition advance and run 98 octane and you won't have any dramas.
