Picked this up for $1400 on Friday. It's a 1983 AE71 CS-X, most of it is in good condition, minimal rust, body very straight. Just finished tidying it all up
Plans so far:
-16V 4AGE
-New suspension
-AE86 struts
-Aftermarket steering wheel
-New wheels (Watanabes I reckon)
-Respray down the track
The 4AC in there is pretty well buggered. Sounds like it's running on three and a half cylinders. Pours out blue smoke when you take off after easing off the throttle, probably burning oil.
Shows worst of rust

Wow that height really shows how much we lower our *E7*'s especially on 15" rims! looks the goods though, cant wait to see it slung low![]()
" I swear its stock officer. Just don't get me to park next to another Ke70 "
Thanks mate
Yeah it's up for a bit of 4WDing action at the moment![]()
LOL,true!
i pulled up beside a granny spec ke70 the other week and took a photo...easy a 4-5" drop!
i will find the pic and post it up!
Nice car though anyway man! i like the colour!!
ohhh man those wheels are so hot! when do you get the other 2?
nice 4age to! that must be the rare single cam which puts out an extra 20 kw because of the valve angle and the larger size of the harmonic balancer!
cant wait to get started on this thing and make it a hektic street beast!
good work arb keep it up

Thanks, but I don'tcolour will go down the track
I get the other two this afternoon
And yes it's the ultra rare single cam version, I picked it up for only 5 grand plus a handful of moonrock and some conch shells. Strange seller.
nice clean body to work with. good luck man
