Hey guys, I've had a bit of a search, but I would like some very specific information on a brake setup for my ADM AE86.
I'm around to fitting up BC coilovers into my car, and would like to put new brakes in at the same time.
I have some requirements for the setup though.
- must fit 14' wheels
- must be relatively cheap, (few hundred I suppose?) I don't want to be going to a wilwood kit or anything.
- preferably use existing calipers - ADM AE86.
With this, are my options basically a set of pads and replacement rotors, all in standard specifications?
Or is it possible I use different rotors from a different model car, whilst retaining the ADM brakes?
Or, are there other suggestions from people for a cheap and cheerful setup going onto the BC coilovers that I can still use 14' wheels with?
Basically, I need the car to stop, but if there are simple upgrades I can do whilst changing them, and they aren't going to cost me a fortune, I will do them.
What are the standard rotor sizes? One website was telling me they're 231.5 mm, another says 234 mm
Thanks in advance!
