Yeah it is iv checked haha I got told I may need a vacuum tank or something ever heard of these ??
You have hooked it up to the chamber that's for the idle control, now there isn't anything wrong with this and it means that it has become your vacuum tank that ties all of your cylinders together. You should have lots of vacuum.

maybe one of the rubber booster hoses is collapsing internally under vac? more silly questions standard cams? is the cam timing correct?
Yes all standerd one of the main vacuum hoses was blocked now I have full vacuum but still no brakes would it be that I have a standed master an sr front brakes an t drums at the back ?
i don't understand what you mean by "no brakes" eg: no booster assistance to your breaking system? or your brake peddle is sitting on the floor no idea on sr gear so i cant answer that question but the t series should be fine as long as the drum brake proportioning valve is used
