WTB: Smallport 4AGE twin carb manifold

As title says,

Chasing a twin carb manifold to suit a smallport 4AGE.
I have a set of 40mm Mikuni/Solex carbs it will be used with.

Redline, HKS, Toda, TRD, RS Harada etc. etc.
With linkages to suit a centre throttle (not side throttle like a Weber) would be awesome, but any form of or no linkages is fine.
Prefer something short, rather than long and offset.

Budget: Depends, $150-$300 depending on brands, condition, with or without linkages.

Still chasing this.

Also now chasing a single HKS cam, 264 preferred. Or something close that can work with a 264.
If you can't supply may consider selling my single 264 cam.
