Only really 1 so far. On the harness has a line for fuel pump with fuse but hooking up fuel pump to switch so thinking need to run relay to it for switch is that right or overkill?

The relay is what trips the fuel pump... And the relay is controlled by your ecu.
Last thing you want is to crash and have the fuel lines ruptured and fuel spat out everywhere.

Its to use more as a fuel kill switch so ill be wiring to relay anyways.
The car is running basic electronics.
Haltech ECU with INZ coils already wired all l really have to wire is
Fans
Fuel
F + R Lights
Blinkers
Brake Lights
Dash waring lights as using a IQ3 Racepack dash
Ignition
Not running Aircon so its a nice clean setup

Ahh yeah i get you... interupt it after the relay for your switch and you won't need a fuse on it.
Say you have the following order
Battery -> Fuse -> Relay -> Kill switch -> Pump
If there is an issue after the relay that causes excessive current draw (ie short to ground etc) it will blow the EFI fuse.

Ez-Wiring kit has that built in with relay should be easy enough to add that in
