oh thanks for the offer but i just ripped a bosch one off a 4k i had laying around and rewired it to work.

for those with a denso alt on a 4ac and cant find a cheap one or dont want to pay $400 for a new one, get a 4k bosch with a internal reg it has a 2 wire plug.

STEP 1: on the 4ac losen the top bracket 14mm nut that also holds the engine lift point and put afew washers behind it. so its tilted down abit.
STEP 2: get a 4k alternator, take off the B+ ring wire and the single blade plug then get a new wire with female spade on one end to run from back of alt to the external reg area,
STEP 3: connect the other end of the wire into a blank 6 pin from supercheap, line it up with the yellow wire from the 4ac wiring harness that was plugged into the external regulator.
STEP 4: the 4k alt needs 5-10mm spacers on the BACK side of the bottom bracket and 4-7mm spacer on the top bolt.
STEP 5: now connect the female spade connector onto the alt and the B+ ring.

it should work fine, just check the belt is straight and the alt light is out and charging.
