    Default compliance

hi all looking to get an ae86 complianced
    its a JDM 86model
put in the ADM rear seat belts, side mirrors and a cat
will chage to ADM doors (will i have to get them painted for compliance)
only thing it will possibly need is the unleaded restrictor

does any know who does the compliance for these? also how much to put in the intrusion bars (might be cheaper than painting the adm door)

    cheers

Doubt you'd have to paint your doors for compliance.
    Unleaded restrictor?
You need lap sash rear seat belts, rear baby seat mounts and side intrusion bars in the doors, thats it if I recall correctly. But most importantly if your jdm car didn't have import approval then it can't be rego'd, only good for track use or spare parts

Most people charge between $1000 -$1500 to do the whole process. If your putting in old ADM seat belts, make sure they aren't frayed at all or they'll fail you and you'll have to pay for a second inspection. If you have ADM doors, better to get them painted and use them instead. Most places warp the door frames when they're welding the new bars in, or just tack them in. I hit mine with my hand inside the door and they fell out as an example.
