Default Dented chassis rail and QLD RWC

Looks like a previous owner of my KE70 has driven over something and put a dent in the chassis rail. Will this need to be repaired to pass RWC? If so, what's the best plan of attack? I'm assuming a section would need to be cut out and a new bit welded in? Click image for larger version.

If they knock you back for rwc on that go to a different place, I have seen much much worse rails on daily drivers

Shouldn't be an issue, most speed bumps would inflict that kind of damage.

Awesome. I might just run it by a workshop to double check seeing as I have fuel lines, tank etc stripped out ATM.

Any recommendations for a RWC around Brisbane (southside)? Not looking for a dodgy place, just somewhere that won't fail me on pedantic stuff.
