Default Blowing 90amp fuse at battery terminal

    Hi all,

I have just finished my 4AC to 4AGE conversion,

Car runs good and the alternator charges, I did the alt wiring as per golbergs guide, but today I noticed I had lost power to the "on" and "accessory" power, I wriggled the battery terminal and power came back on, the power went off again and it turned out to be the 90amp fuse on the battery terminal.

I haven't looked into the wiring yet but thought I might ask if anyone knew what the fuse was or why it blew, is it possible that the fuse amp needs to be upgraded as the 4age alternator is higher output than the 4ac one??

For that fuse to blow you must have a direct short / power to ground or something arching. Your alternator output isn't that high.
