    Default Bc coilovers into ke70

Found these on ebay and they say they are for ke70's, I was wondering if they are a straight drop in or if ae86 parts are required for installations, and was wondering the pros and cons of bc coilovers

    Pro's: cheap
    Con's: cheap
Should bolt straight up if they are for ke70 and ae71 adm sedan and wagon spec. I think ae71 pano had ae86 struts from factory

believe you will need to weld your own stub axles onto them

*edit* ^^this reply came up while I was typing mine haha

If you read the ad it says that the 'lower foot needs welding' so I take that means stub axles, so you could weld on ke70/ae71 stub axles if you want, but I would recomend AE86 stub axles

Ae86 are thicker. Cant use ke70 stuff on ae86.
If you go ae86 then you have to find the rest of the stuff to go with it.
Hubs are the hardest part to source.
What are you planning to use the car for?
Could be better off getting some ajps springs and shorter inserts if your just after lows.
If your after improved performance, shockworks and ae86/xt130 or even fc rx7 if your doing track/touge work

At the moment it's just a daily, but down the track I'm thinking about doing some track days
    Wanting to spend around $1500
Are there any other brands which sell them for around that price what you recommend

Better off starting with XT130 or RA40 stub axles, especially if you're considering doing track days later on. KE70 and AE86 stub axles are a similar size. AE86 struts and hubs are a waste of money, overpriced. If you go to the effort of having to weld stub axles on and can find some RA40 or XT130 struts/hubs brakes at a local wrecker you will be ahead in stub axle size, price and brake size. Both have solid discs but can both accept different vented options with modifications. For a little bit extra you could go shockworks, and they will have their engineer weld your stub axles on.

I'm running Shockworks coilovers built on XT130 stubs. XT130 hubs, RA60/MA61 slotted vented discs, MX62 Calipers in my KE70 panelvan. Couldn't be happier with the quality.

Could do a similar setup with BC's for cheaper price point on dampers but it's up to how much money you want to spend. Is it a car you plan to use for a year or so then move on to something else or keep long term? Are BC's re-buildable with local support?

Ajps should be able to set you up with something good for around $1500, shockworks is $1800-$2000.
I have shockworks in my ae86 and soon in my civic and I'd buy them for any other car I own in the future. Every one else I know with the same setup has the same feeling.

Eitherway, ajps or shockworks, both worlds above bc's.
