4agte Smallport, professionally built, never run.
I built this for my clubman, but have since decided to stay NA. the focus for this engine was for a very smooth and liner power range ( sub 600kg car), That is why a have gone with the smaller camshaft and turbo choice, But the engine will handle a lot more boost if you desire.
The turbo came off a s14 if I remember correctly, It had only done 15 000km, and was pulled off for an upgrade, it is in excellent condition. It is the same size as a GT2554. I have fitted up the turbo with Earls SS braided water and oil hoses, and fittings
It has a 3stage dry sump system fitted to the engine, pump is an older used item and dose have some wear, but still works fine, it is able to supply 85psi @ 2800 rpm, there is a pump mount, pulley, crank drive pulley and a set of sealed rocker covers, I have not plumbed it as this is subjected to vehicle fitment
Intake manifold is a t3 quad throttle body, with silver top throttles , a Sam Q plenum plate and GTiR plenum chamber.
The engine can be purchased at a reduced price, without these items (turbo, intake, Dry sump), I have a Cut and shut intake manifold, HV 20v oil pump, std sump and rocker covers if required.
It is a small port block ( 7 rib, oil squirters ) and cylinder head, Cylinder head has had some mild port work and port matched to the manifold, combustion chambers have been de-shrouded, blended and CC ed . Serviced and fitted with all brand new valves and springs. Big port cam shafts, and valve clearances set
Block has been Honed and decked, the Small port rods have had ARP rod bolts fitted, closed and honed and beams polished , crankshaft was crack tested and the whole rotating assemble balanced.

Silver top head, that has had some mild port and combustion chamber work. It has been cleaned, valve seats cut, and is assembled with valves , springs and cam buckets. I will assemble with your choice of cams and VVt unit (BT or ST cams ) and shim the tappets. $900 or $1200 with a matching manifold and set of ST throttle bodies, fitted wit 75mm Sam-Q trumpets.
