No, the exhaust is under diff and will - as far a I understand - need to be over diff for RWC. I could put a stock 4ac exhaust on and then itll be fine. But I assume the buyer would want to decide what happens with this depending on how they are going to use it.
Every other aspect of this car, except the exhaust, is completely roadworthy.

yeah the 20v is going well, haven't driven it much yet, still trying to get it ready for trackn. How good does it sound!

Oh and the exhaust: needs 100mm clearance from road to be legal in vic, lowest point is 130mm, so she's all sweet.

I've been watching the auctions in japan, but all the good ones are going for good money unfortunately! so I'll get one locally if I can find one i like.

If i get one a 20v WILL be installed eventually!
