What's up Brendan? I live in Hawaii & my question is what would be the best ECU to use? I've read awhile back you can't use the stock BEAMS ECU with the AE86 harness, is this true or not? I will first run the car pretty much in stock trim, i want to see how bad or good a stock BEAMS is. I've heard mixed reviews about the motor I only paid $1,000 US dollars for it & it also came with OEM Toyota Motor Mounts that bolt right up to the 86 cross member, so basically it was a deal i couldn't pass up. Eventually if i ever get the motor in the car & get it running I will one day get a Toda Stroker kit for it. I have a long road ahead before my Hachi is how I picture it in my head. But that's another chapter. Anyway, any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thank you in advance!
