Just grab a bolt of the right thread, cut the end off it, and screw it in using 2 nuts...

...or you'll most likely find that most toyota engine would use the same type of studs, look at a fwd corolla or camry engine...
Just use a bolt to hold the exhaust in, no need to use a stud

my last 4A had shitty loose ones that would often work their way out, i wnt to my local exhaust shop and he wacked new ones in for f@#k all, $50 i think?
