Default Run down of diff specs?

    Hi

I am after some information regarding Tarago and Litace diffs. Looking for model and years they where available also axle size and spline number. I have spent an hour or so looking for the info in s and t series differentials and f series diffs. Couldn't find axle size and spline number.

    Thanks

I can't remember the measurement details off the top of my head, but:

    - S and small T axles have identical splines. Maybe 23 spline and 24mm diameter
    - Large T and E axles have the same spline count (also same as S and small T) and measure at the same diameter, but are NOT interchangeable. Maybe 23 spline and 25mm diameter (25.3 in fact).
    - F is bigger.

There was a famous photo that floated around back in the day showing the diameter of a small and a big T spline being measured. OK,

    Hen

As Hen has stated, zenki t-series is 24mm, kouki is 25mm give or take. F-series have 27 spline 28mm axles. G series is 30 spline 33mm (or there abouts).

YR22 tarago is F-series but are wider than ae86 width at around 1470. The only stock width f-series is the mx13/23 which are ridiculously rare now. The final overall width will be determined by the brake setup you put on the ends.
4agte finally finished. 252rwkw with more to come

The mx12/23 diffs are actually 6mm wider than ae86 stock diffs. They arent exactly the same width. Nothing else comes close to the width of the ae86 diff by anywhere near as much though. From memory the mx13 diff is 1416mm and the AE86/T18 diffs are 1410. Celica T being 1430. I could be wrong but thats what my memory tells me.

If you're going F don't be weak. MS112 diff is F, good discs, massive wheel bearings, big track increase and 5x114.3
