Hey guys. Bought a seat off a guy on the forum, deposited the money $450 as the norm, said he would send it an its been 5 or 6 weeks now an seems like im never goin to get it... sent pm's etc to no avail

Any ideas to what i can do??

yeah got the bank account details, so maybe i could get a mobile number if i ask the bank nicely or something, but the old customer privacy act comes into play then...

yeah cause the bank are really going to give out there customer details to a stranger

us mods cant do anything either.......

if you have his personal info then you need to get onto him bout it. if you didnt at least get a phone number.....well then.....

You could ban him, or a least from the sales section couldn't you? At least till its sorted out.
To stop more of this from happening.
The mods always say there is nothing they can do, but by simply stopping them from posting in the sales section would do heaps to prevent these threads popping up.

6 weeks isnt that long. one thing can lead to another pretty quickly and sending a seat is a PITA if you dont have a courier account.

i dont think you should get too too worried yet.

search his posts, see who he is friends with on this site. approach them by pm, they might know whats up.

honestly though, i wouldnt buy anything off anyone on this forum(or any other), that i havent noticed using the site regularly on a social level.

the forum trading section, is just that, a place for actual forum members to trade. no blow ins looking to make a quick buck. just be wary.
