I was thinking it wouldn't work, everything is different, bore size, oil feed holes. I just didn't add up, thought it would be worth the share though

It makes no sense either. The only time you do that is when you have no option for a good flowing head and you have a good enough fit to use a modified twin cam head. 4a has has 6 or 7 different heads you can use unlike, say a 4g32 which has original single cam head or race use only twin cam head which is almost impossible to get.
