    autosol.... its goood.

but wont give you a mirror finish....

use auto sol to do the bulk of the work... then get some mothers billet polish.

autosol just isnt a fine enough polish.

I got a mate to rack one from his work for me but i have seen them at bunnings too. Can't remember the price. I'll post up a results pic when i dig my rims out from under the house to give you an idea of how worth it buying one is. Reduces work time by like 80% from the time i did my old wheels with autosol and a rag.

That mysterious yellow tin polish is 'Maserati Briteshine'

    Works incredibly well.
You can have any brew you want... as long as it's a Datsun / Corolla / What is that?

Metal polishing kit that fits on your drill. 2 compounds. Then finish with Autosol by hand.

Sorry to do this but Autosol is fucking shit shine last about 2 days. Cant speak for the other stuff in the yellow tin.
But i highly recommend "Mirrorfinish Metal Polish" its $30 for a bottle but i did 4 rims with it and wouldnt have used a 1/4 (250ml) of the bottle its amazingly good and shine last ages. Not too sure where you can get it from, i got it from a local auto detailer. Web site is

And for repainting the black sections i used POR Super Starter Kit its a rust prevention auto leveling paint, so you just brush it on and it goes super smooth and hard. Comes in a kit with paint, speacial cleaner, brushes and gloves kit cost $40. I also got this through the auto detailer

Both products are awsome made it so much easier to do my rims the polish its amazing cant recommend it higher. Have a look at my ride thread

If anyone cant get the polish or paint i will get some for you and send it.
