Engine oil I usually use Penrite HPR 15, Gearbox Nulon 75/90 smooth shift (occasionally use the Nulon gearbox additive too). Diff Castrol Limslip 90 (which im pretty sure is now lsx90). Change engine every 2/3 track days (filter same time) street driving generally do 5000K.

Thanks guys, I knew it would be a personal preference thing but interesting to hear what everyone uses and timing for changes.
Not having had alot of experience with the 4age, has been worth asking the question.

Anyone else, keep the lube & fluid combos rolling in.
Don't know if this happens to be coincidence but I know of 4 different 4ages (all NA) that spun bearings on castrol magnatec. Might just be bad luck, might be something else.
I have always used Mobil 1 full syn but recently switched to penrite 5-50w (turbo 4age) purely due to price. The NA ae86 gets penrite 10-40w.

Let's not talk about magnatec and all silently agree that it is, at best, a very poor excuse for motor oil.
