1983 TA60 Toyota Carina DL

1983 TA60 Toyota Carina GL UK delivered. Bought from the original owner who shipped it to South Australia in the early 90's.

Now located in Adelaide, i bought it from him when he returned to england about 6 months ago and have driven it 3 times since then. Currently unregistered but walk in rego of course.

Specs:

- 2T-C 1600cc carby
- Assuming 27? spline T50 5 speed
- T? series Drum brake rear with swaybar
- A/C
- Manual steer
- 68,000 Miles
- Velour seats/brown interior

Good stuff:

- New clutch recently
- A/C regassed
- uncracked dash, very clean interior
- 90% tread tyres
- Brake flush and bleed last week
- New spark plugs last week

Bad stuff:

- Minor rust in boot lip under seal and small bit in c pillar
- One small dent in drivers side passenger door, elsewhere pretty straight really.
- Exhaust has a leak somewhere
- Cracked passenger taillight (~$130 replacement from yahoo japan)
- Due for a service now (i can change oil + filter if buyer pays for parts before sale)
- Slow oil leak from front of motor
- Paint could do with a respray or cut and polish but im no expert.
- Service book not filled out at all but italian owner has looked after it and loved the car so im assuming its been serviced pretty regularly. (has current service sticker on windscreen)


Really wanted to keep this car but i have no use for it and no where to store it unfortunately. Wanted to put a 2TG or 3TGTE in but i would never drive it already have 2 cars. Keen to pass it on to someone who will have more time for it, these are pretty rare in australia.
I can put 3 months rego on it for the new owner if they pay of course, currently unrego.

Im giving DC guys the chance to but it before it goes up on gumtree and toymods.
