Standard injectors can supply heaps of fuel for non turbo use unless you plan on running an alcahol fuel.
No special plumbing is needed, where you refering to the water system?
can you explain more what this is - "Master Power turbo ITB's" ?
Car is currently 20V ST turbo with Link G4 Storm, Master Power turbo ITB's, W55 box hilux lsd
swapping out for stock standard ST, will put as many bits as I can from the current engine including flywheel, blocking plates for the water galleries, injectors etc.
Questions:
What injectors should I run on new set up, 440cc or standard?
Any special plumbing need to be done under the throttles?
thoughts?

Thanks for your reply Sam
Master power turbo (comma) ITB'S
haha
Just saying, the ITB's were left in for the turbo set up.
If you'll still be running the Link ECU, then run the injectors from the turbo engine. Less need for a retune then.
Thanks for your reply, wouldn't the ignition timing for the new tune be way different anyway?
Ideally, no. If you use MAP for load, then the NA engine will just use part of the load table, never reaching the bit above atmospheric pressure. If it was tuned well, then this part will still be good (assuming same cams, compression, fuel etc). However there was probably little time spent optimising the timing off boost at high RPM, and whenever you make big changes it's always smart to get your tune checked and adjusted.
pjcp01: I thought it might of been the name of aftermarket mod to the throttle bodies, the Malaysians seem to love names like that.
Hen: totally off topic- it's good to still have you around on here, it sure has been a while for us two now.

offtopic.
but are you going to swap out the trans and diff for lighter items ?
Hmmm.... there isn't a MAP sensor to be found but there is a sensor on the inlet plenum that looks like an air temp sensor of some sort, apparently I won't need it. Am planning to have it tuned anyway.
