Default AE86 20V ST water routing

    Hi all

    I have a

    -1985 Corolla Levin Ae86 with

-20V ST, W55 gear box, un-modified fire wall, alloy radiator

Question: can I run water lines from the factory water outlets from the back, under the throttles to the radiator?

thinking about using braided hoses and fittings.

Currently the water goes in through back of water pump, and out the outlet just above the water pump.

Yes you can, but the exhaust temps will have an impact on the water temperature if you run it on the exhaust side, but it is a long path if you take it through the inlet side. Plus it looks ugly too.

Personally I use the SQ engineering kit, made by one of the site sponsors which has more information

There are a few different configuration options for the kit, which include / exclude the heater.
